Shriprakash Tyagi has joined Alfanar Power as Vice President – EPC, bringing over 25 years of experience across smart metering, energy management, telecom, and digital utilities.
Leadership role in EPC and energy infrastructure
In his new role, Tyagi will lead Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning (EPC) operations, focusing on EHV and HV substation infrastructure along with AMISP business execution.
His appointment comes at a time when India is witnessing rapid growth in energy infrastructure and smart utility solutions.
Strong track record in energy and utilities
Prior to this, Tyagi served as Senior Vice President – Sales and Operations at CyanConnode India, where he led business expansion and operations, including closing a ₹900 crore AMISP deal and achieving significant revenue growth.
He has also held key leadership roles at:

- Wipro Eco Energy
- Advance Metering Technology Limited
His experience includes managing billion-dollar revenue portfolios, driving energy efficiency, and leading large-scale infrastructure and utility programs.
