IG Petrochemicals Reappoints Sagar Jadhav and Names New CHRO

IG Petrochemicals Limited has announced key leadership changes following its Board of Directors meeting held on May 18, 2026.

The Board approved the re-appointment of Sagar Jadhav as Executive Director while also announcing a transition in the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer position.

The disclosures were made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Re-appointment of Executive Director

Sagar Jadhav has been re-appointed as Executive Director for a further period of three years with effect from July 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

A Chemical Engineering graduate from Pune University, he brings more than 30 years of experience across the chemical manufacturing and industrial operations sector.

His areas of expertise include:

  • Safety, health, and environment management
  • Project planning and execution
  • Engineering services management
  • Budget and cost control
  • Quality management systems
  • Cost optimisation
  • Debottlenecking initiatives
  • FDA plant operations
  • IMS and EnMS implementation

The company also confirmed that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by SEBI or any regulatory authority.

Leadership Transition in Human Resources

The Board also accepted the resignation of Rajkumar VP as Chief Human Resources Officer with effect from the close of working hours on May 18, 2026.

Subsequently, Pramod Sanap has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Management Personnel with effect from May 19, 2026.

Extensive HR Leadership Experience

Pramod Sanap holds a Master’s Degree in Labour Studies from Mumbai University and brings over 18 years of experience in human resources and employee relations.

Prior to joining IG Petrochemicals, he held senior leadership positions at:

  • Laxmi Organic Industries Limited
  • Hindustan Unilever Limited
  • AkzoNobel India Limited
  • Diageo India

His expertise spans:
