Neha Lal has been elevated to the position of Associate Vice President at Adani Group, marking a significant step forward in her career.
With more than 15 years of professional experience, Lal brings multidisciplinary expertise across business planning, strategy, healthcare operations, human resources, quality improvement and organisational management.
Before joining Adani Group, she spent over a decade with GCS Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, where she progressed to Senior General Manager – Operations & HR. Her earlier professional experience includes roles with Sankara Eye Care Institutions India, Shalby Hospitals and Sterling Hospitals.
Alongside her corporate responsibilities, Lal serves as a NABH Assessor with the Quality Council of India and as a Visiting Faculty at IIM Bodh Gaya. She has also contributed to the Industry Advisory Committee at IIM Jammu, bringing her industry experience to healthcare management education.
In her expanded role at Adani Group, Lal will continue to contribute to business strategy, planning and organisational growth, leveraging her extensive experience across healthcare and management functions.
