360 ONE WAM Group has appointed Aashish Agarwal as Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience across investment banking, capital markets, research and financial services.
Agarwal joins the wealth and asset management firm from Jefferies, where he served as Managing Director and Country Head of India since April 2020. Prior to Jefferies, he spent nearly 13 years at Citi, holding senior roles including Executive Director and Head of Research.
In his new role, Agarwal will lead 360 ONE WAM across its wealth management, asset management and capital markets businesses, with a focus on strengthening its integrated financial services platform.
He succeeds Karan Bhagat, who will transition to Vice Chairman while continuing as Managing Director and focusing on group strategy, capital allocation and key client and institutional relationships.
