Tech Mahindra has appointed Prabhat Kumar as Global Practice Head – Business Process Services (BPS), strengthening its leadership as enterprises increasingly adopt artificial intelligence, data analytics and digital transformation solutions.
Kumar brings over two decades of experience across enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, agentic AI, data analytics and digital transformation. In his new role, he will focus on leveraging technology, domain expertise and business strategy to drive innovation, develop differentiated capabilities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
