Datadog has elevated Anil Kothedar to the position of Senior Director, Commercial Sales – India, marking a significant milestone in his career spanning more than two decades in enterprise technology and commercial sales.
Kothedar has been associated with Datadog since September 2024, previously serving as Director – Commercial Sales, India/SAARC. In his new role, he will take on greater leadership responsibilities in driving the company’s commercial sales operations and business growth in the Indian market.
Before joining Datadog, Kothedar spent over five years at Red Hat, where he held leadership roles focused on commercial territory management and sales growth across India and South Asia. His professional journey also includes roles at Oracle as Senior Manager – Sales, India & ANZ, and at Pitney Bowes as Head – Inside Sales, where he worked for over eight years.
He has also held positions at Doon Consulting and Wipro, gaining experience across sales leadership, business development, channel partnerships and market expansion.
His elevation reflects his extensive experience in enterprise technology sales and his continued contribution to Datadog’s commercial sales organisation in India.
