The Government of Uttar Pradesh has announced the transfer and posting of Ajay Chauhan, IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1998), who is currently serving as Principal Secretary of the Public Works Department (PWD). He has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the UP State Highways Authority (UPSHA), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
In his new role, Ajay Chauhan will oversee the development, maintenance, and management of state highways, contributing to the enhancement of road infrastructure and transportation efficiency across Uttar Pradesh. With over two decades of administrative experience, he brings significant expertise in public infrastructure and governance to this strategic position.
