Dr. Dikshit brings with him over three decades of experience as a technologist, policymaker, and digital transformation strategist. He has played a pivotal role in shaping India’s digital governance landscape — from pioneering the design, development, and deployment of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) System, to leading the implementation of the E-Way Bill and e-Invoicing frameworks. Most recently, Dr. Dikshit has been driving AI and GenAI-based innovations at the Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
In his new role at Cygnet.One, Dr. Dikshit will spearhead the company’s next phase of AI-driven enterprise and finance transformation, strengthening its mission to help global businesses build intelligent, secure, and compliant digital ecosystems.
