IKS Health, a leading AI‑enabled healthcare revenue cycle and clinical operations platform, has announced the acquisition of ThinkDTM, an AI‑driven startup specialising in data‑to‑money (DTM) solutions for healthcare organisations. The move is designed to deepen IKS Health’s AI‑powered capabilities in clinical documentation, prior authorisation, denial management, and revenue cycle optimisation.
ThinkDTM’s core technology automates complex clinical and administrative workflows, including chart review, coding, and documentation support, using machine learning and natural language processing models trained on real‑world medical data. By integrating these tools into the IKS Health platform, the company aims to reduce manual effort, improve coding accuracy, and speed up reimbursement cycles for hospitals and payers.
The acquihire will also strengthen IKS Health’s AI research and engineering team, bringing in ThinkDTM’s data scientists and product specialists to work on advanced use‑cases such as AI‑assisted clinical decision support, predictive denials, and personalised patient financial‑counselling workflows. The combined capabilities are expected to benefit both IKS Health’s existing US‑based clients and its expanding footprint in global markets.
