Lieutenant General Pushpendra Singh Assumes Charge as Vice Chief of Army Staff

The Indian Army has announced that Lieutenant General Pushpendra Singh has formally taken over as the Vice Chief of Army Staff, one of the highest leadership appointments in the force.

Before this elevation, Lt Gen Singh was serving as Director General Operational Logistics & Strategic Movement at Army Headquarters, where he was instrumental in streamlining large-scale troop mobility, ensuring seamless supply chains, and coordinating logistics for critical military operations.
