Mohit Gupta has been appointed as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at TP India & Global Business Services. Based in Gurugram, he will lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, governance, and resilience initiatives across the organization.
With over two decades of experience in cybersecurity leadership, risk management, and enterprise defense, Mr. Gupta brings extensive expertise in strengthening security frameworks and leading high-performing teams. Prior to joining Teleperformance, he served as Senior Vice President – Group Security at NAB, where he oversaw application security, vulnerability management, and attack surface reduction across the organization.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Gupta held senior roles at Accenture, EXL, Expedia Group, Concentrix, and Dell Technologies International Services, driving initiatives in compliance frameworks including PCI DSS and ISO27001, and building robust security operations. He began his career with HCLTech Technologies and Orange Business Services, where he developed core expertise in network security, incident management, and compliance audits.
His appointment at Teleperformance underscores the company’s commitment to advancing its global cybersecurity and risk management capabilities, ensuring enterprise resilience, and safeguarding digital assets across its operations worldwide.
