Preeti Bajaj has been appointed as Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Home Solutions Division at Schneider Electric, marking a significant leadership development within the global energy management and automation company.
As part of her expanded mandate, Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd, which was previously led by Preeti Bajaj, will now form a key part of the Home Solutions portfolio under her leadership. The move is aimed at strengthening Schneider Electric’s integrated approach to home energy solutions, sustainability, and consumer-focused innovation.
In addition to her EVP role, Preeti Bajaj has also joined the Board of StarCharge, a Schneider Electric–managed joint venture, further expanding her responsibilities across the company’s strategic growth platforms, including electric mobility and energy infrastructure solutions.
Preeti Bajaj brings extensive leadership experience in energy technology, consumer solutions, and business transformation. Her appointment reflects Schneider Electric’s focus on consolidating leadership, enhancing portfolio synergies, and accelerating growth across its home solutions ecosystem.
Her expanded role is expected to play a critical part in driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation within Schneider Electric’s global Home Solutions business.
