Lotus Herbals appoints Puja Singh as Assistant General Manager – Marketing, tasking her with leading brand operations and growth strategy across its premium portfolio. Singh oversees marketing for Lotus Herbals core range, Lotus Dermabotanics, Lotus Makeup, Lotus Organics+, Lotus Botanicals, and the clinical skincare brand Dermacy.
With over 15 years in beauty and personal care, Singh returns to Lotus Herbals where she previously served as Marketing Manager for the makeup division and exclusive brand outlets. During that tenure, she successfully repositioned Lotus Makeup as a youth-focused, high-aspiration brand while launching 100+ SKUs that tripled market share.
Singh joins from McNROE Consumer Products, where she led marketing and innovations as Deputy General Manager. Her achievements included nationwide launches like the PINK fragrance range, TV campaigns, and new category development across luxury perfumes, home care, and personal care with full P&L responsibility.
A gold medalist MBA from ISB Hyderabad and Miranda House alumna, Singh excels in Gen-Z brand positioning, celebrity partnerships, digital scaling, and sustainable revenue growth. Her deep brand knowledge and recent innovation leadership position her to drive Lotus Herbals’ expansion in organic and derma skincare segments across digital and traditional channels.
