Ms Sanskriti Jain, IAS (Madhya Pradesh, 2015 batch), has been appointed as Commissioner, Bhopal Municipal Corporation, and will also hold the additional charge of Additional Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation, Bhopal. Prior to this, she was serving as the Collector of Seoni.
Ms Jain has demonstrated exemplary leadership in district governance, urban planning, and infrastructure development during her administrative tenure. Her proactive approach and focus on citizen welfare have contributed to efficient service delivery and improved developmental outcomes.
The Bhopal Municipal Corporation and the Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation are key institutions driving the city’s urban management, transportation, and civic infrastructure initiatives. With her experience and vision, Ms Jain is expected to further strengthen urban governance, enhance civic amenities, and promote sustainable urban development in Bhopal.
