The elevation of Mr. Saumitra Srivastava as Director (Marketing), bringing with him over three decades of leadership experience in downstream operations, corporate strategy, and transformation initiatives. Throughout his distinguished career at IndianOil, Mr. Srivastava has held several pivotal roles, including Executive Director – Corporate Strategy and Executive Director – Retail Transformation, where he spearheaded modernization and digitalization initiatives across more than 23,000 retail outlets — significantly enhancing the company’s retail and customer engagement landscape.
A seasoned strategist and visionary leader, he has been instrumental in landmark initiatives such as the introduction of mobile wallet-based fuel payments and the expansion of CNG infrastructure, reinforcing India’s clean energy ecosystem.
An alumnus of SPJIMR – SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mr. Srivastava is widely recognized for integrating strategic foresight with operational excellence. In his new role, he will lead IndianOil’s marketing vision, driving digital transformation, innovation, and sustainable energy solutions in alignment with India’s evolving economic and environmental priorities.
