ServiceNow Appoints Kulmeet Bawa as Managing Director and Group Vice President, India and SAARC

ServiceNow has appointed Kulmeet Bawa as Managing Director and Group Vice President for India and the SAARC region, effective April 6, with his base in New Delhi. In this role, he will lead ServiceNow’s business operations across one of the company’s fastest‑growing digital transformation markets, overseeing growth strategy, customer engagement, and partner ecosystem development.
Bawa joins ServiceNow from SAP, where he served as Global Chief Revenue Officer, leading worldwide revenue strategy and execution. Before that, he held the positions of President and Managing Director at SAP India and President and Managing Director for South Asia at Adobe, building deep regional expertise in enterprise technology and SaaS.
Before entering the corporate sector, Bawa served for more than 12 years as a cavalry officer in the Indian Army, an experience that continues to shape his leadership style through discipline, strategic clarity, and team‑centric decision‑making.
Adrian Johnston, President, APAC at ServiceNow, highlighted that Bawa’s combination of global CRO experience, regional knowledge, and military‑forged discipline makes him uniquely suited to drive the company’s mission in India and SAARC.
Bawa said ServiceNow is transforming the way the world works, with India at the heart of that mission, and he is focused on deepening customer partnerships and helping enterprises across the region unlock the full power of the ServiceNow platform for workflow automation, AI‑driven operations, and digital‑transformation outcomes.
