Shangri‑La Bengaluru has appointed Saheli Chaudhuri as its new Director of Marketing & Communications, bringing over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications across luxury hospitality and corporate environments. In this role, she will lead the hotel’s strategic marketing initiatives, brand positioning, public relations, and digital campaign execution, strengthening its presence in Bengaluru’s competitive luxury‑segment market.
Chaudhuri’s expertise spans brand positioning, media relations, digital marketing, cross‑brand collaborations, and celebrity partnerships, with a strong focus on building compelling brand narratives and integrated communication strategies. Her background includes leadership roles at leading hospitality and lifestyle brands such as IHG Hotels & Resorts, Zuri Group Global, DAN Hospitality, MRG Hospitality, and Marriott International, where she contributed to enhanced brand visibility and campaign performance.
