Suhail Motwani has been promoted to Managing Director at FTI Consulting, marking a significant step in his leadership journey within the firm’s global restructuring and performance improvement practice. In his new role, Motwani will lead advisory engagements focused on organisational transformation, financial restructuring, and operational turnaround projects for corporate clients across industries such as manufacturing, financial services, and technology.
With over two decades of experience in restructuring, turnaround management, and due diligence-led decision‑making, Motwani has previously led cross‑border restructurings, balance‑sheet optimisation programmes, and operational‑improvement mandates. His work has often involved navigating complex regulatory environments, stakeholder negotiations, and post‑acquisition integration, helping clients stabilise performance and position for sustainable growth.
