The Government of Uttar Pradesh has entrusted Smt. Deepa Ranjan, IAS (Uttar Pradesh cadre, 2013 batch), with the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Uttar Pradesh Rural Roads Development Agency (UPRRDA), Lucknow. Smt. Ranjan currently serves as Mission Director, Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM), where she leads key rural development and livelihood initiatives across the state.
This appointment follows the reassignment of Shri Akhand Pratap Singh, IAS (Uttar Pradesh cadre, 2010 batch), who has been relieved of the UPRRDA charge pursuant to his new posting as Special Secretary, Election Department, along with the additional responsibility of Additional Chief Electoral Officer (ACEO), Uttar Pradesh.
The order ensures continuity of leadership at UPRRDA while accommodating the state’s updated administrative responsibilities and priorities.
