Microsoft today announced the appointment of Vipul Nagpal as the Country Head – AI Business Process Solutions for India and South Asia. In this strategic role, Vipul will work closely with CXOs to drive enterprise transformation, automation, and AI-led innovation, delivering measurable business impact and long-term value across industries.
With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology and digital transformation, Vipul brings a unique combination of business leadership and deep technical expertise. Over the last 14+ years at Microsoft, he has held several senior leadership roles, including Sales Excellence Director and Director – Commercial Sales (Enterprise), where he successfully led large-scale go-to-market strategies and transformation programs.
Prior to Microsoft, Vipul contributed to leading global organizations such as Salesforce, Tech Mahindra, and QAI, gaining cross-industry experience in enterprise sales, operations, and regional leadership.
