Lucknow, [Date] – The Government of Uttar Pradesh has announced the transfer and posting of Amit Kumar Ghosh, IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1994), who was serving as Principal Secretary of the Secretariat Administration Department, Animal Husbandry & Dairy Development, and Fisheries Department. He has been appointed as Principal Secretary – Medical Health & Family Welfare Department, Uttar Pradesh, with additional charge as Principal Secretary – Medical Education Department.
Amit Kumar Ghosh brings over three decades of administrative experience across multiple sectors, including health, animal husbandry, and governance. In his new role, he will oversee the state’s healthcare policies, programs, and medical education initiatives, aiming to strengthen public health infrastructure and service delivery across Uttar Pradesh.
