Ankit Asthana, IAS (Madhya Pradesh, 2014 batch), has been appointed as Deputy Secretary, Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, with additional charge of Additional Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Bhopal. He was previously serving as the Collector of Morena District.
Asthana has made notable contributions to industrial development and investment facilitation in Morena, driving initiatives that support sustainable growth and local economic development.
In his new role, he will oversee policies for state industrial growth, investment promotion, and implementation of strategic industrial projects across Madhya Pradesh. With his administrative expertise, Shri Asthana is expected to strengthen industrial planning, enhance investment facilitation, and support the state’s vision for sustainable industrial development.
