Jai Rajbhut has taken charge as Director – Technology at Deutsche Bank, strengthening the bank’s technology leadership as it continues to invest in scalable, secure, and resilient digital platforms. In this role, he will provide strategic technology direction and lead delivery across critical systems, working closely with business, architecture, and operations teams to ensure engineering excellence, platform reliability, and strong alignment with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.
Before joining Deutsche Bank, Jai served as Head of Engineering at HSBC, where he led complex engineering initiatives and large-scale transformation programs. His earlier career includes senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director and Citi India, where he progressed from Assistant Vice President to Senior Vice President, playing a key role in driving digital transformation and advanced surveillance platforms.
Jai’s professional journey also spans technology leadership positions at Fiserv, ZeeTech Solutions, and Cognizant, along with exposure to global institutions such as the United Nations and AT&T USA. With deep expertise in financial services technology and enterprise platforms, his appointment is expected to further strengthen Deutsche Bank’s technology execution and governance frameworks.
