Ravi Kumar Pangal has been appointed as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at IndusInd Bank Limited, taking charge of the bank’s overall technology strategy. In his new role, he will lead digital transformation initiatives, core banking modernisation, and the strengthening of resilient and secure IT operations to support business growth and innovation.
With over three decades of global technology leadership experience, Ravi brings deep expertise in banking technology and large-scale transformation programmes. He has previously held senior CIO and technology leadership roles at HSBC, Standard Chartered, and ANZ, where he worked across core banking platforms, retail and corporate banking products, risk and compliance technology, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
His appointment is expected to play a key role in advancing IndusInd Bank’s technology roadmap and building future-ready digital capabilities across the organisation.
