He is expected to drive the convergence of physical infrastructure with digital‑control systems, monitoring, and analytics to improve uptime, reduce costs, and enhance service‑outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
With a background built around enterprise strategy, stakeholder management, and large‑scale transformation leadership, Pathak brings deep experience in connecting business‑objectives with technology‑enabled change.
