TCS Launches Seventh Gemini Experience Centre in Michigan for Physical AI Manufacturing Innovation

Tata Consultancy Services opens its seventh Gemini Experience Centre at the Troy, Michigan Innovation Hub, partnering with Google Cloud to advance Physical AI solutions for global manufacturing enterprises. The facility showcases TCS Physical AI Blueprint, integrating AI-powered quadruped and humanoid robotics, advanced sensing systems, edge intelligence, and secure cloud orchestration for real-time shopfloor insights and autonomous operations.
Manufacturers explore practical applications, including safety monitoring, quality inspection, predictive maintenance, and autonomous patrolling through hands-on demonstrations and scenario-based workshops. The “human-in-the-loop” approach complements human workers in hazardous environments while enhancing operational resilience and decision-making.
This marks TCS’s second US Gemini centre after New York, joining existing facilities in Bengaluru, Chennai, Riyadh, Singapore, and São Paulo. The company targets 13 centres worldwide by the end of 2026, with six additional launches planned this year to accelerate enterprise AI adoption from pilots to production-scale deployments.
The Michigan centre addresses manufacturing visibility gaps in challenging factory environments, enabling end-to-end transformation from infrastructure modernisation to autonomous industrial operations through Google Cloud integration.
