Rajeev K Abichandani has joined Palo Alto Networks as Director – Channels, India & SAARC. In his new role, he will lead the company’s strategic partner ecosystem and focus on partner-led growth, go-to-market execution, and pipeline creation across the region.

Extensive Experience Across Cybersecurity and Strategic Alliances

Rajeev brings deep expertise across Cloud Security, SASE, Secure Networking, and OT Security, along with extensive experience in building and scaling high-performing partner ecosystems.

Before joining Palo Alto Networks, he served as Head, Enterprise Channels & MSSP – India & SAARC at Fortinet. During his tenure, he led the Strategic Alliances and MSSP business for India, driving revenue growth and market expansion for top partners, including MSSPs, GSIs, telecom providers, and VARs across the region.

Leadership Journey Across Enterprise Technology Companies

Rajeev has also held leadership positions at NTT DATA, Dimension Data, and Avaya.

At NTT Ltd., he worked as Strategy & Alliance Business Lead, focusing on strategic growth initiatives and enterprise partnerships. Earlier at Dimension Data, he spearheaded the national Contact Center business and managed annual business planning strategies aimed at revenue growth and profitability.

His career also includes nearly seven years at Avaya, where he worked in systems engineering and enterprise communications.
