Gauri Grover has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Walsons Securitas India, marking a significant milestone in her 16-year journey with the organization. In her expanded leadership role, she will continue to oversee her existing responsibilities while also leading the company’s Operations and Sales functions to strengthen business alignment, operational agility, and customer value.

More Than 16 Years of Leadership at Walsons Securitas India
Grover has been associated with Walsons Securitas India since 2010 and most recently served as President – HR and Business Head.
During her tenure, she has led one of India’s largest facility management and workforce solutions businesses, managing a ₹250+ crore portfolio and a workforce of more than 10,000 employees nationwide.
She has successfully spearheaded strategic growth initiatives, operational transformation, digital enablement, customer experience improvements, and product innovation while helping build a performance-driven culture across the organization.
Extensive Experience Across HR, Operations and Business Leadership
Over the years, Grover has played a pivotal role in improving profitability, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction through operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
She has also led multiple organizational transformation projects, including digital initiatives for frontline teams, service delivery optimization, leadership development, and customer-centric operational frameworks.
Prior to joining Walsons Securitas India, she held leadership positions at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, American Express, and Standard Chartered Bank, gaining extensive experience in human resources, operations, training, customer service, and organizational development.
