Ramco Systems has appointed Sandesh Bilagi as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a key leadership transition as the enterprise software company looks to accelerate its global growth and AI-led transformation.
Bilagi takes over the role after serving as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he played a significant role in driving the company’s operational transformation and business performance. Prior to that, he led Ramco Systems’ Australia and New Zealand operations, helping strengthen the company’s presence in one of its key international markets.
With more than two decades of experience in the enterprise technology sector, Bilagi has held leadership roles spanning sales, delivery, and business operations. His international experience includes working across India, China, and Australia, providing him with deep insights into global markets and customer engagement.
His appointment comes as Ramco Systems continues to expand its AI-enabled enterprise software portfolio and strengthen its presence across global markets. The leadership transition reflects the company’s continued focus on innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
