Prashant Singh has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ONGC Green Limited, marking a key leadership transition in the company’s clean energy business.
With over three decades of experience in the energy sector, Singh will spearhead ONGC Green Limited’s strategic initiatives aimed at expanding its renewable energy portfolio and accelerating the company’s transition towards sustainable and low-carbon energy solutions.
Prior to taking over as CEO, Singh served as Group General Manager and Head – New Energy at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), where he played an important role in advancing the organisation’s renewable energy and new energy initiatives. He also serves on the Boards of Ayana Renewable Power and Pawan Hans Limited, bringing valuable experience in corporate governance and the energy sector.
His appointment comes at a time when ONGC Green Limited is strengthening its focus on renewable energy investments and supporting India’s clean energy ambitions. With his extensive expertise in energy transformation, operational leadership, and strategic planning, Singh is expected to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s next phase of sustainable growth.
