Pushkar Pund has been elevated to the position of Vice President, HR Business Partner – Sales, Distribution and Customer Service at Vodafone Idea Limited, marking a significant advancement in his human resources leadership career.
In his expanded role, Pund will be responsible for driving the people strategy across Vodafone Idea’s key commercial and customer-facing functions. His mandate will include strengthening talent management, leadership development, workforce planning and organisational capability while aligning HR priorities with evolving business requirements.
Pund brings more than a decade of HR experience spanning diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, e-commerce and telecommunications. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with business teams on transformation initiatives, leadership development and improving employee experience.
