Aureya FM has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Vivek Kalia as Chief Operating Officer (COO), bringing extensive experience in leadership, operations and strategic management to the organisation.
Kalia brings more than 21 years of distinguished service in the Indian Navy, followed by seven years with Airbus. His career has spanned strategic decision-making, business development, leadership and operational excellence.
As COO, Kalia will oversee Aureya FM’s operations, business growth, customer experience and organisational effectiveness. He will report to Vineet Verma, MRICS, FIIHM, Managing Director, Aureya FM.
His diverse experience across the defence and corporate sectors is expected to support Aureya FM’s focus on operational excellence, customer-centric growth and organisational development.
The appointment comes as Aureya FM looks to strengthen its leadership capabilities and build momentum for its next phase of growth.
