Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited has appointed Manish Anandani as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Prabha Narasimhan. Anandani will take charge of the company from September 28, 2026.
Narasimhan, who has led Colgate-Palmolive India since September 2022, is set to move into a new role within the company’s Asia-Pacific operations. She joined Colgate after a long career at Hindustan Unilever, where she led the Home Care category and served on the company’s leadership team.
Anandani’s appointment marks his return to Colgate-Palmolive and comes as the company continues to focus on strengthening its presence in India’s competitive consumer goods market. His experience in the business is expected to help provide continuity while also supporting the company’s future growth strategy.
During Narasimhan’s tenure, Colgate-Palmolive India focused on science-led innovation, digital acceleration and brand building as part of its growth strategy.
The leadership transition will bring a new phase for Colgate-Palmolive India, with Anandani set to oversee the company’s operations, business growth and consumer-focused strategy as MD and CEO.
The company remains a major player in India’s oral-care market, with products marketed under the Colgate brand, while its personal-care portfolio includes products under Palmolive.
