360 ONE has appointed Abhishek Bhalotia as Chief Growth & People Officer, giving him a group-wide role that combines business growth with people and organisational strategy.
Bhalotia brings more than 30 years of experience with the Kotak Group, where he has worked across private banking, institutional sales, asset management, equity and fixed-income sales and trading, and proprietary investment management. Most recently, he served as National Business Head for Kotak Bank’s Private Banking business.
At 360 ONE, Bhalotia will oversee the Growth, Business Development and Revenue Practice Management functions across the company’s wealth, asset management and capital businesses. His mandate will cover UHNW, HNW and NRI clients, institutional mandates and global markets.
Alongside his growth responsibilities, Bhalotia will lead 360 ONE’s people agenda, including talent management, recruitment, learning and development, and senior leadership development. He will also serve as the company’s Culture Custodian as the group continues to expand and integrate recent acquisitions.
With 360 ONE managing more than USD 82 billion (approximately ₹7.8 lakh crore) in assets under management, the appointment brings together business development and people strategy under a single leadership role.
The move reflects 360 ONE’s focus on linking sustainable business growth with strong leadership, talent and organisational culture.
