Shivani Hazari has taken on the role of Group Head – Human Resources at Jindal Group, with responsibilities spanning multiple businesses, including Jindal Steel Limited, Jindal Power Limited, Jindal Renewables, India Jindal Panther and Jindal Projects.
Hazari announced her new position through LinkedIn, marking a new chapter in her professional journey and her association with the Jindal Group’s businesses.
In her new role, she will lead human resources functions across the group’s various businesses, supporting workforce management and people-related priorities across its diverse operations.
The appointment comes as the Jindal Group continues to operate across sectors including steel, power and renewable energy. Group-level HR leadership plays an important role in aligning people strategies, strengthening organisational capabilities and supporting business objectives across multiple entities.
