Adobe has announced that Anil Chakravarthy, President of Adobe’s Customer Experience Orchestration business and Worldwide Field Operations, will become the company’s next President and Chief Executive Officer.
Chakravarthy will assume the role and join Adobe’s Board of Directors effective December 1, 2026, marking a significant leadership transition for the global software company.
In his current position, Chakravarthy oversees Adobe’s Customer Experience Orchestration business and worldwide field operations, giving him broad responsibility across the company’s customer engagement and commercial functions. His experience within Adobe has positioned him closely with the company’s enterprise strategy and evolving digital experience portfolio.
His elevation to CEO comes as Adobe continues to expand its capabilities across artificial intelligence, digital experiences, creative technology and enterprise software.
