Apoorv Pant has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Aponiix Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a boutique HR technology and Workday‑focused consultancy, according to CXO Lanes. The move marks a defining step in Pant’s 12‑plus‑year journey in HR technology and HCM transformation, shifting from senior‑level consulting and practice‑leadership roles into a founder‑CEO position at his own platform.
In his new role, Pant will lead Aponiix Consulting’s strategy, client engagements, and team‑building, with a focus on Workday‑based HCM, finance, and integration projects for mid‑ and large‑market organisations. Aponiix positions itself as a transparent, partner‑oriented consultancy, aiming to help clients optimise their Workday‑enabled People Systems investments across implementation, optimisation, and managed‑service engagements.
Prior to this appointment, Pant served as Head of the HCM practice at EZE Cloud Consulting, and as Senior Director and Director of People Systems at Delivery Hero, where he led global Workday deployments and HCM‑transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked with firms such as Deloitte, Fidelity International, and Iron Mountain, building deep hands‑on experience in Workday configuration, HR‑systems design, and change‑management frameworks.
