Bharathi Mangaiahgari Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited

Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited has appointed Bharathi Mangaiahgari as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company advances its growth and transformation agenda.
In her new role, Mangaiahgari will lead the organization’s people strategy, with a focus on enhancing workforce capabilities, building a performance-driven culture, and aligning HR initiatives with long-term business objectives.
She brings a wealth of experience in human resources leadership across sectors such as infrastructure, manufacturing, and energy. Over the years, she has held senior positions at organizations including Mahathi Infra Services Pvt. Ltd., Patil Group, Armstrong Energy Global, JK Organisation, and Greenko Group.
Most recently, she served as Vice President – Human Resources (Group Head) at Mahathi Infra Services, where she was responsible for overseeing HR strategy across multiple business verticals, including EPC, marine, and green energy. Her experience spans organizational development, talent management, and global HR operations.
Her appointment comes at a time when organizations are increasingly prioritizing strong people leadership to navigate transformation and scale effectively in competitive markets.
