Kaustubh Chandra (KC) has stepped into a new leadership role as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for ServiceNow India, marking an important milestone in his career in enterprise technology marketing. In this role, he will lead brand strategy, demand generation, and market positioning, supporting ServiceNow’s growth and engagement with enterprise customers across India.
Kaustubh’s professional journey reflects a strong and consistent focus on building credible, business-led technology narratives rooted in relevance, clarity, and trust. His early career stints at IBM, Dion Global Solutions Ltd., and NTT DATA played a formative role in shaping his understanding of how complex technology solutions must be articulated for business decision-makers. Over the years, he has also been widely recognised for building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams, alongside leading impactful campaigns across the enterprise technology ecosystem.
His appointment is expected to further strengthen ServiceNow India’s marketing leadership as the company continues to expand its footprint in the enterprise digital workflow and automation space.
