Mithun K. Chittilappilly has taken on the additional responsibility of Chairperson of the Board while continuing as Managing Director of V-Guard Industries Ltd., marking a new chapter in his leadership journey.
Under his leadership, V-Guard has expanded its geographical presence, diversified its portfolio across electricals, electronics and consumer durables, and strengthened its manufacturing and organisational capabilities.
