In his new role, Pramod oversees end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, supply
chain optimization, quality assurance, production planning, and governance compliance. He
will align local processes with KraftPowercon’s worldwide standards, focusing on execution
speed, reliability, cost reduction, and scalability. Collaborating with global teams, he aims to convert strategic plans into tangible results that strengthen the company’s position in power conversion and industrial tech markets. Pramod brings proven success from Benninger Group, a Swiss multinational, where he served as Head of Operations. There, he delivered 25% productivity boosts through lean manufacturing, digital upgrades, technology localization, and advanced KPI frameworks. Previously at Thyssenkrupp Industries India, he led manufacturing, process planning, and continuous improvements, securing multiple Kaizen awards. His early career at Godrej & Boyce featured over five years of innovation in cycle-time reduction and machining, rising to Deputy Manager as the youngest in his unit.
An MBA graduate, Pramod excels in P&L accountability, scalable operations, governance, and high-performance team building. His expertise comes at a key time for KraftPowercon,
