Mrs. Priyanka Pankajam, I.A.S., has assumed charge as the Director of e-Governance and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency (TNeGA), effective October 7, 2026.
Her appointment comes at a significant time as digital governance continues to play a key role in improving public service delivery, citizen engagement, and the adoption of technology across government services.
In her new role, Priyanka Pankajam will lead TNeGA’s e-governance initiatives, with a focus on strengthening digital infrastructure, enabling efficient and accessible public services, and advancing technology-driven governance across Tamil Nadu.
The appointment further reinforces Tamil Nadu’s focus on leveraging technology and digital transformation to build more responsive, transparent, and citizen-centric governance systems.
