Rajbir Singh Bedi has been appointed as Vice President and National Head of Service Management at Airtel Business. With more than 27 years of experience spanning Airtel Business and Deutsche Bank, he brings a strong leadership record in customer lifecycle management, service excellence, and organisation-wide operational transformation.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Bedi has held several significant roles, including AVP – Customer Experience Head for the Mumbai Circle, National Customer Experience Head for Government Business, and National Customer Experience Head for Enterprise and Major Accounts. He has also led Service Delivery and Service Assurance functions across the North and East regions, consistently driving SLA performance and operational effectiveness across diverse markets.
Prior to taking on national mandates, he oversaw customer services across Punjab, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. His professional journey began in network operations, serving as a Shift Engineer and Network Consultant with Deutsche Bank, where he developed early expertise in network management and technical support.
With deep strengths in program management, process optimisation, and data-driven customer experience, Mr. Bedi’s appointment is expected to further reinforce Airtel Business’ service management strategy and strengthen enterprise customer engagement at a national level.
