Saurabh Shekhawat (Retd) has joined Sunsure Energy as Deputy General Manager – Business Assurance.
Strengthening operations in renewable energy
In his new role, Shekhawat will lead business assurance, security, vigilance, and loss prevention functions across renewable energy projects in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
His appointment comes at a time when operational efficiency and risk management are becoming critical in scaling renewable infrastructure.
Diverse cross-sector experience
Shekhawat brings experience across defence, renewable energy, banking, and insurance sectors.
Prior to joining Sunsure Energy, he served as Assistant General Manager at ReNew Power, focusing on administration and security.
He also held leadership roles at Max Life Insurance and served over a decade in the Indian Air Force as a Squadron Leader.
