Shikhar Agarwal, IAS officer, has been transferred to the role of Additional Chief Secretary, Industries Department, Government of Rajasthan. He moves to this crucial portfolio after serving as ACS to the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, where he played a key role in administrative coordination and strategic governance.
Known for his sharp administrative insight and experience across multiple government sectors, Shri Agarwal has contributed significantly to policy implementation, executive decision-making, and state-level programme management. His new assignment places him at the forefront of Rajasthan’s industrial development initiatives, where his leadership will support investment promotion, industrial growth, and ease-of-doing-business reforms.
