3A Composites has announced the appointment of Mukund Chaturvedi as Managing Director – India, effective 08 May 2026.
The appointment marks a significant leadership milestone in Chaturvedi’s career spanning more than two decades across industrial, construction, engineering, and strategic business leadership roles.

Before joining 3A Composites, Chaturvedi was associated with Sudhir Power Ltd. as Business Director – Milwaukee Tools, where he led India and South Asia expansion initiatives with full P&L responsibility.
During his tenure, he:
- Built a national GTM and service architecture
- Added 14 distributors and 4 service centers
- Defined a roadmap targeting ₹100 crore revenue growth
- Strengthened supply chain and inventory planning
- Implemented KPI-driven operational governance
Earlier, he served as Regional Sales Director – Southeast Asia at EJOT Construction Division International, leading multi-country construction business operations across six Southeast Asian markets.
He also held leadership positions at Hilti Group across Singapore and India, where he managed strategic planning, sales transformation, commercial operations, and business growth initiatives.
