The Government of Bihar is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Shipra Vijaykumar Choudhary, IAS (Bihar: 2023), as Special Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna.
Ms. Choudhary has recently returned after the successful completion of her Professional Course Phase-II at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie. Following her training, she was awaiting posting and has now been entrusted with this important responsibility in the Education Department.
As Special Secretary, she will play a pivotal role in assisting the Principal Secretary in policy formulation, program monitoring, and strengthening governance mechanisms within the department. Her appointment reflects the government’s commitment to bringing in fresh perspectives, administrative efficiency, and renewed dynamism in addressing critical challenges in the education sector.
