ESDS Software Solution Limited has officially appointed Sameer Redij to its Board as Whole-Time Director, while continuing his dual leadership as Chief Business Officer (CBO). The elevation strengthens the company’s corporate governance framework as it scales its sovereign technology and cloud infrastructure portfolio.
In his expanded role as Whole-Time Director, Mr. Redij will broaden his focus to encompass corporate and commercial governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, organizational capabilities, and long-term shareholder value creation. He will also maintain executive responsibility over the business operations of Swaraj Cloud and the Swaraj suite of enterprise products, supporting India’s strategic push for digital autonomy and technological self-reliance.
