Amit Jambotkar has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Mirah Hospitality, marking his return to the organisation after previously serving as Vice President Operations. His elevation reflects the company’s confidence in his leadership capabilities and deep understanding of its operational framework.
In his new role, Amit will be responsible for leading operational strategy, improving brand performance, and driving business growth across Mirah Hospitality’s portfolio. His mandate includes strengthening execution standards, enhancing guest experience, and ensuring consistency across hospitality formats.
Before rejoining Mirah Hospitality, Amit Jambotkar worked as Director in a self-employed capacity and was associated with ventures including Thangabali in Mumbai. He brings extensive leadership experience across the hospitality and lifestyle sectors, having held senior positions at organisations such as Ramee Group of Hotels, JSM Corporation, Impresario Entertainment and Hospitality, Reliance MediaWorks under the BIG Cinemas brand, Hyatt Regency, and Jumeirah Group.
His professional journey spans premium dining, banqueting, luxury hotels, cinemas, and lifestyle hospitality brands including Hard Rock Cafe, Shiro’s, Asilo, California Pizza Kitchen, and SOCIAL. This exposure has given him a comprehensive view of managing diverse hospitality formats while maintaining high operational and service standards.
With Amit Jambotkar Mirah Hospitality now part of the senior leadership team, the company is expected to further strengthen its focus on operational excellence, disciplined growth, and long-term brand building.
