Visakhapatnam | July 9, 2025 — ANSR has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Andhra Pradesh to establish a world-class Global Capability Centre (GCC) innovation campus in the Madhurawada IT Cluster, Visakhapatnam. This strategic collaboration is set to generate over 10,000 high-value jobs in the next five years and transform the region into a major digital innovation hub.
The MoU was formalized in the presence of Shri Lokesh Nara, Hon’ble Minister for Information Technology, underscoring the state’s commitment to driving inclusive tech-led growth and attracting global enterprise investments.
“By enabling world-class infrastructure and leveraging ANSR’s deep expertise in building GCCs, we aim to attract global enterprises, create thousands of high-value jobs, and fuel the next wave of digital growth from our state,” said Katamneni Bhaskar, IAS, Secretary to the Government, ITE&C Department.
ANSR, renowned globally for building and managing GCCs, will collaborate with leading firms such as Accenture and ServiceNow to bring global focus to the project. The innovation campus will include advanced training facilities, digital labs, and round-the-clock global delivery centres.

This initiative is supported by the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB) and aligns with the state’s IT & GCC Policy 4.0, reinforcing Andhra Pradesh’s ambition to become a key player in the global digital economy.
